Qualifications
Non-Japanese citizens who meet one of the requirements 1-5 in addition to requirement 6 are eligible.
Individuals who have successfully completed sixteen years of education in a foreign country or are expected to graduate by March 2017 (Applicants applying for October 2016 admissions must graduate by September 2016. The following articles are on the same condition.).
Individuals who have successfully completed sixteen years of education by taking a correspondence course in Japan offered by a foreign educational institution or are expected to complete said course by March 2017.
Individuals who have successfully completed an educational institution program in Japan that is within the framework of the education system of a foreign country and deemed to be of equal level to a university course, and are recognized as having successfully completed 16 years of education within the framework of the education system of a foreign country. (This applies only to institutions and programs specifically designated by the Minister of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology.)
Individuals who have successfully completed fifteen years of education at an educational institution in a foreign country, and are recognized to have received all the necessary credits with an excellent record by the Kyushu Institute of Technology (hereafter: “this Institute”).
Individuals who have been recognized by this Institute, based on individual screening of admission requirements, as having academic ability equal to or surpassing students who have graduated from a university, and is at least 22 years old or will be 22 years old by March 2017.
Individuals who have a certificate of eligibility as a student visa (a ryugaku visa) which is specified by the Immigration Control Act or Refugee Approval Act, or will be eligible to change to a student visa upon admission to this Graduate School.
*Note 1. Non-Japanese citizens who have graduated or are expected to graduate in March 2017, from a Japanese higher educational institution are not eligible.
*Note 2. Applicants who meet requirement (4) or (5) are subject to an individual screening and must submit an Application Form for Individual Screening.(For the format style you may select English or Japanese.)

一、工程研究生学院，硕士专业
1、入学申请资格
除了第6中要求之外，非日本公民需要满足1-5中的任意要求，以具备入学申请资格：
1、在外国成功完成16年的教育，或者将会在2017年3月份之前毕业的学生(申请2016年10月份入学的申请者必须在2016年9月份之前毕业，以下资格符合同样的条件)。
2、通过在日本参加外国教育学校提供的同等课程成功完成16年教育，或者将会在2017年3月份之前完成这样的课程的学生;
3、在外国教育系统框架内，成功完成日本教育学校课程学习，并且被认为是大学课程的同等水平，除此之外，被认为是在外国教育系统框架内成功完成16年教育的学生。(这仅适用于日本教育、文化、体育、科学和技术部门特殊说明的学校和专业。)
4、在外国教育学校成功完成15年的教育，并且获得九州工业大学(后文称“该学校”)认可，凭借优秀的学术成绩获得所有需要的学分。
5、根据对入学条件的单独筛查，获得九州工业大学的认可，具备与大学毕业生同等或者更高的学术能力，并且至少年满22岁，或者是2017年3月份之前年满22岁。
拥有日本移民控制和难民识别法指定的学生签证资格证明的学生，或者在进入九州工业大学研究生学院之后，将具备改变学生签证状态的资格。
*注意事项1：已经毕业，或者在2017年3月份将会从日本高等教育学校毕业的非日本公民，不具备入学该申请资格。

Application Procedures
Applicants should submit all of the following documents together to the Administrative Office by the specified date.

After that, attach a proof of payment with date stamp in the space designated on the back of the application form. If you transfer money from a payment machine in a convenience store (in Japan), please refer to 「How to pay entrance examination fee from convenience store」 and follow the instruction. Cut off the part of proof of receipt and attach it in the backside of the application form. Note that Japanese Government (MEXT) Scholarship Students are not required to pay the entrance examination fee. |

Eligibility for Master’s program
(A) Applicants who have completed or will complete16 years of formal institutional education outside of Japan by the beginning date of academic year.
(B) Applicants who have completed or will complete 16 years of formal correspondence course outside of Japan by the beginning date of academic year.
(C) Applicants have completed 15 years of formal institutional education outside of Japan, and their credits earned through achieving outstanding academic results can be recognized by the Graduate School of Life Science and Systems Engineering, Kyushu Institute of Technology.
(D) Applicants who have reached the age of 22 or will become 22 years old by the beginning of the academic year and one who is recognized by our university’s entrance screening committee to have the same academic ability or higher than that of a student who has completed university education.
Applicants under the eligibility (C) or (D) above must consult the Admissions Office for individual qualification by a postal letter by one of the following deadlines.

硕士专业入学申请资格：

(C) 在日本之外完成15年的正式学校教育，并且通过杰出学术成绩获得的学分获得九州工业大学技术研究所生命科学和系统工程研究生学院的认可;
(D) 已经22岁，，或者在学年开始时间之将要22岁的申请者，并且获得九州工业大学的入学筛查委员会的认可，具备与完成大学教育的学生同等或者更高的学术能力。
在上述(C)和(D)入学资格下的申请者，必须在以下某一个截止时间之前，通过邮政信件，联系九州工业大学的招生办公室，了解单独的入学资格需要。
